James Parr CHI – Licensed Residential Home Inspector
If you are thinking of buying a home anywhere on Vancouver Island or Gulf Islands and you want to have a thorough inspection done, we are the company for you. We offer a narrative reporting system customized to your prospective home, unique to that property. After performing a thorough inspection, a one on one consultation will be given with photos explaining the exisiting condition of the property. Our reporting system is complex and detailed, each report is created specifically for every client.
There is no checklist, no prefab document or diagrams. No mass printout and no generic reports. Every inspection is custom done for every client and we will never change that, we pride ourselves on it.
Our objective is to provide the highest possible service to our families, while adhering to the guide lines set forth by the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority of British Columbia (BPCPA). With licensing commencing April 1, 2009, BC is the first province in Canada to implement and monitor the field of Home Inspection. We have received our license (#47662) and are listed on the BPCPA website.
Our clients will be provided with a professionally written inspection report, incorporating photographs of the property. James provides a thorough, comprehensive evaluation of hundreds of items in five core areas. Included is an on site walk through, with a full visual and oral presentation of all findings. In addition, a disc and manual with consumer information and home maintenance procedures will be provided.
Safe and Sound is NOT a franchise company. We are independently owned and family operated 100% island company. Current Errors and Omissions Insurance including general liability is now mandatory, for everyone’s protection.
Each inspection is preformed with adhearance to the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC)
